Separators
The successful optimisation of separators relies on the condition and behaviour of fluids within the separator. Opus undertakes an internal survey of the vessel, from which a process design review is developed. This ensures that operating levels and the design of the internals are optimised.
The combined strengths of scaled modelling and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) are often applied to inform the development of bespoke internals suited to the process conditions of each situation. Through Visual Dynamic Modelling (VDM) and CFD, Opus provide a thorough visualisation of the fluids behaviour for current and future cases.
