Opus comprises of Opus Plus based in Orkney and Opus Maxim based in Surrey. Together we deliver the expertise and facilities to embrace all aspects of produced fluids treatment and oil and gas separation, giving you a more comprehensive resource from the initial concept right through to commissioning.

In Orkney we provide large-scale test facilities with extensive analytical expertise and laboratories including a marine ecotoxicology facility and mariculture unit.

At our offices in Guildford we implement project management, engineering design, computational fluid dynamics and fabrication and installation services.

CFD Sloshing Analysis

Opus has successfully concluded a specialised sloshing analysis project, which posed a number of unique challenges.

Zeta Dynamics Limited

Opus acquired assets of Zeta Dynamics Limited in late 2006, including patents for a range of process technologies and internals technology such as the ZSQ Inlet Device, the Zeta Vane Entity (ZVE) and the Zeta Dynamics Sand Fairy.

Opus Plus Quality Management System has been registered by National Quality Assurance Ltd under the provisions of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

The Marine laboratory at Opus Plus operates in full compliance with the international codes of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
